Salem’s Reading Incentive Program has started! Do you know what happens to the reading log your child completes each week? Every minute a student reads is added up. Then, a class tally is reported every quarter. At the end of each quarter, if your child’s class met their reading-minutes goal, your child’s class will be recognized on the Morning Announcements, and they’ll get to sign the Bookworm who will soon be growing down the hallway of the school. So parents, remind your child to READ, READ, READ and help them meet their class reading-minutes goal!
