Ever wonder where those colorful folders your child brings home each Friday come from? Every Thursday morning, our Friday Folders volunteers get together and help stuff these colorful folders with newsletters, school information, PTA special event flyers, etc. On Friday mornings, one of our volunteers delivers these folders to your child’s teacher before the first bell. This early delivery allows the classroom teachers time to insert additional materials such as graded class work, tests, class newsletters, project information, spirit wear orders, and so on. By Friday afternoon, they are nestled into backpacks and on their way home for your perusal!
If you would like to join our team, please contact one of us with the links above. We typically have enough volunteers that we can schedule you for as little as once a month or as often as you wish. We meet each Thursday morning beginning at 9 am in either the conference room or the cafeteria.
